Your Charles David Watch represents the highest standards of technology, features and assembly. The Company promises the purchaser to repair or at our option, to replace any component of the timepiece if defective in craftsmanship or material, for a period of two full years from the date of purchase.

During this two year period the Company will provide, at no charge, all parts and labor necessary to correct any manufacturing defects, provided your Charles David Watch has been used and operated responsibly. This Warranty does not cover losses, misuse, tampering of the watch or battery replacement.

Shipping charges associated with delivery and return of the watch are the responsibility of the purchaser. There are no processing or handling fees. The watch must be returned to Charles David Watches, LLC.
